About the scents...
Foton candles have a medium to mild scent throw as they're often used for large centerpieces. If you're looking for a strong scented candle, Foton may not be right for you.
Please note all of our colored versions currently only come unscented, but you can add your own scent to them.
What about the wicks?
Plenty of wicks are included with every Foton candle. Foton samples are too small to safely burn, therefore no wicks are included. Each wick burns around 12 hours, just make sure to insert the wick all the way into the pearls to maximize the burn time. You can relight the same wick or replace it between uses if you want to refresh your candle.
Safe for pets
Our pearls are plant-based, clean-burning, and pet-friendly. We still recommend keeping them out of reach of pets since they’re technically not edible and burning with real fire, but you'll be glad to know the pearls are non-toxic and not expected to be harmful if a small amount is ingested.
Do they float?
All of our white pearls float on water while our colored products are NOT suitable for floating candles. We recommend pouring at least a 2" height of white pearls on top of water and making sure the bottom of the wick is not touching the water.
A perfect addition to any room in your home is Foton Candle. Its super unique design is so customizable, you won’t know how you ever lived without it!
The candle burned very cleanly, with no whiff of smoke or soot.
Foton uses the tiniest wax beads to create the pearled candle that can be poured in almost any container. Use it as snow for your Christmas village, put it in an oyster shell, or reuse an old candle jar you love!
It’s definitely one of the most unique options out there, and a great one if you love candles but want to be a little more unexpected.
I LOVE THESE CANDLES!!
So beautiful! Convenient, pretty, functional, and CUSTOMIZABLE!!! Plus they smell amazing. I love that I can put the candles in beautiful containers and change it whenever I want to fit my mood or aesthetic! I'm hooked!

Nice subtle scent
Scents were nice and very subtle. They are listed as not having a strong scent, so this is what I expected. Helped to make my decision for what to purchase in bulk!

Seriously obsessed
I love to support family owned businesses(even more so when from Arkansas), sustainability of the products and being able to reduce waste, candles, not overly scented, non-toxic, paraffin-free and burns cleanly! Plus I always complained about the candles being ugly after you would light them..but no longer with this!

We offer both unscented and various scented versions in the white color only. You can see all the scent descriptions in one of the images and in the drop-down menu above. Please note all of our colored versions currently only come unscented, but you can add your own scent to them by adding essential or candle fragrance oils close to the wick before lighting it.

Nope, you can relight the same wick multiple times and burn it as long as it lasts. Each wick can burn around 12 hours. That said, we give you plenty of wicks with every Foton so you could refresh your candle as often as you'd like to make it look new again.
You can also cut the wick and re-use the part that hasn't been used yet, or flip the wick to bury the melt pool for zero waste while still making your candle look brand new. Keep in mind cutting the wick will shorten the burn time.
-
Wicks are not included with Foton Scent or Color Samples because our samples are too small to safely burn. The samples are intended to smell the scent options and see the color in person to help decide which candle to buy.

While I want to love this, I’m pretty disappointed in it for the cost. It’s not as sturdy as I would have hoped, which I could get over. What really concerns me is how wobbly it is. The slightest touch and the whole skull wobbles and seems like it will tip over, which is concerning and disconcerting at best for a candle. It does look really neat though.
C
It’s a nice Candle Bowl, I like the way it looks and the details on the bowl. Using red pearled wax adds for a really cool Halloween candle. However, my bowl does not sit correctly on a flat surface, so I’m concerned it’s going to tip. I reinforce one side by putting a drink coaster under that side.
W
The skull looks descent, but for the price I didn’t expect it to be plastic (3D printed?). But it does allow me to burn the pearls, sooo…
D
They are cool but they are almost identical to the skull available at the dollar store for $5. I ended up 3D printing my own and casting them because of the long wait and less than stellar appearance of them. The candles themselves smell pretty good though
J
Looks amazing. Creates a great mood. This is our first candle of this type and we will be buying more for sure.
J
Amazing. With the red pearls makes the Halloween look even better. High quality and well made.

The skull is awesome! I bought it for my boss, who’s a Halloween fanatic. It’s the second Foton candle I’ve bought for her, and she loved the first one. So I know she’s going to love this one. Giving it to her on Boss’s Day.

A
So much fun. Put it out for my wife's book club.
W
Great looking skull bowl. It is plastic not ceramic, but that does not take away from it. I may need more for Halloween.
H
Seems over priced. But is as advertised.
N
The bowl is amazing. The only thing that could make it better is if there was a lid to keep dust and stuff out of the pearled candle when not lit so it looked like a full skull.
E
I like having this for a Halloween decoration and add the Foton candle pearls
C
A little smaller than I had expected but really love the look and it is great with the orange wax!
S
