Please note due to high volumes of orders in the USA, Canada and Australia, orders placed now will likely not arrive on time for Christmas.

Foton Candle currently ships to USA, Canada, Australia, UK and EU countries only. We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the US, and packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS to minimize shipping time and cost. In some EU countries, we offer free shipping past a certain order size (varies by country). Shipping rates and details about free shipping thresholds are shown during checkout. 

SHIPPING TIME

All US, Canada, and Australian orders ship out of our manufacturing plant in Fort Smith, Arkansas, USA. The customer is responsible for the import duties and taxes for shipments to Canada and Australia.

European orders ship from our warehouse within the European Union. We typically ship all orders within 24 hours during business days (Monday - Friday) and do our best to ship the same day whenever possible. Please note orders from the UK that are more than £135 are subject to customs duties. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is typically 2-3 but up to 5 business days depending on the shipping method and location. 

Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary. 

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout, and you can select a faster shipping option if you're in a rush to receive your order. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

USA Returns

Need to return your order? Please use the Returns Portal. We stand by the high quality of our products and offer free returns & refunds for quality-related issues. You can opt in for free & unlimited returns for any reason by choosing this option for a flat $1.99 fee in the cart. When you opt in, you will be able to return your order for a full refund within 30 days of placing the order. For orders placed in November and December, a full refund is given if returned within 60 days of placing the order with the $1.99 free & unlimited returns. A refund will be issued as soon as the item has arrived at our warehouse.

Even if you didn't opt in for the Free & Unlimited returns, should you have a concern about your order and wish to request a replacement or refund, please reach out to us at info@fotoncandle.com within 30 days from receiving the order. 

International Returns (non-USA)

We stand by the high quality of our products and offer free returns & refunds for quality-related issues. Please reach out to us via e-mail info@fotoncandle.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order. Please note we don't offer free returns or refunds for preference-related complaints such as "I don't like the scent/color". 

We allow cancellations of orders that have not yet been shipped, please contact us at info@fotoncandle.com if you wish to cancel your order for a full refund.
