Foton Candle currently ships within the USA. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 will have a flat shipping fee of $4.99. Packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

SHIPPING TIME

Orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed (Monday-Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays). Times may vary and fulfillment delays can occur during holidays, highly anticipated product launches, and restocks.

All orders ship out of our manufacturing plant in Fort Smith, Arkansas, USA.

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is typically between 2-5 business days depending on the shipping method and your location.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and you can select a faster shipping option if you're in a rush to receive your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Need to return your order? Please use the Returns Portal. We stand by the high quality of our products and offer free returns & refunds for quality-related issues. 

Free Unlimited Returns & Exchanges is an available option at checkout for a flat $1.99 fee on the cart page (see check box above the CHECKOUT button).

When Free Unlimited Returns & Exchanges is purchased for $1.99, you will be able to return or exchange your order for any reason within 30 days of placing the order (orders placed in November & December have 60 days).

If this option is not selected, you may still return or exchange products in re-sellable condition for a return shipping fee. Refunds will be issued within a few business days after the item has been returned to us.

Return shipping fee is $5.99 - $14.99 depending on the shipment weight. Please reach out to us for an exact return cost.
